  Catherine has proved to be an exceptionally poor and confrontational lawyer.
  
  She has issued invoices with items that were never carried out, in one instance amounting to approximately 20% of the invoice total. I asked for an explanation (I had a phone record showing it was false) and although she removed it, she never explained how it came to be added to my invoice despite me asking, only saying it was a 'mistake'
  
  She has failed to itemise work carried out sufficiently to allow me to query or dispute it. In fact when I advised her I was going to dispute items she point blank refused to provide any further clarification on the items involved and suggested I would have to pursue other avenues.
  
  She has generated work in direct contradiction to my written instructions. If you have or intend to use her services, check her invoices carefully.
  
  You should also be aware that she may claim 20 years of experience, however this is not in NSW, it turns out the majority of her experience is in Russia (check her LinkedIn). Also, she implied again to me that she had 'been doing this for 20 years' and it turns out she had her own practice less than a year when I engaged her. In my initial meeting with her she
  advised me that she was a family law specialist, which I understood to mean she was accredited as a Family Law Specialist, but it now turns out this means only that she practices family law, she is not accredited.
  
  This review has been edited in light of threats made by Catherine, and a such I am happy to provide further detailed information to anyone who would like clarification of proof.
